Many people don’t realize that a lot of the tree service guys out today are running tree service business later on or at the same time. By reading the book The One Thing it begins to open your mind up to the possibility of doing that one thing and becoming much more successful than multi-tasking and I’m a firm believer in this approach, the ability to focus, and do that one thing consistently everyday so that we can get that big return on our time and efforts and that’s when you finally get ahead in the tree business.
you can begin buying new chippers, new bucket trucks and start running multiple crews. We will need to get things handled and we will have that lead power to do the jobs necessary to get things done quickly and efficiently.
We are the ones that’s going to pave the way for the big increases in revenue and growth to come, and you will see that when all of our customers are handled in a timely manner quickly without any issues, you will know that someone’s doing something right. and that’s what I want people to realize at the end of the day that’s what we are after to be able to do the job efficiently.
This year I am committed to becoming the best in this craft and doing the most out of every day and winning the day, because if I can win 1 day then I will win the week then I win the month, then I win at life.
